Concord Grapes: With Seeds

Breakfast: An avocado, lettuce, a handful of spinach, some sorrel and seeds/seasonings.

Brunch: A bite of a raw vegetable cracker.

Lunch: Concord grapes, the original variety that had seeds. So much better than "modern seedless grapes" which taste drab by comparison. The origional have an entirely different texture on the inside. They're so full of juice and delicious. Besides, do you really trust a breed of fruit that doesn't have seeds? That's like deciding to eat only animals who have a defect that doesn't allow them to reproduce... It's rather... Disturbing.

Snack: A cranberry, a bite of a banana, and a raw raspberry bar (made up of banana, raspberry, coconut and flax.)

Dinner: A smoothie: a banana, half a yellow mango, three leaves of kale, quarter of a peeled cucumber and a few slices of frozen peach. Also, a little carrot.
