Fresh-Cracked Nuts

I've grown skilled with a nut-cracker. I've found that it is actually quiet enjoyable to crack nuts, and quiet rewarding since the flavor is so much better.











Guacamole is traditionally an all-raw dish to begin with, but I make it into a more complex and healthy dish than the casual chip-dip that is often seen at parties and gatherings. I fell behind on my raw food logging due to preparation for a string of holiday events, but I still continued taking photos, hence why the blog content suddenly becomes more photo based from November 10th entry forward.
