Breakfast: Several leaves of organic butterleaf lettuce (washed) heaped with guacamole. The guacamole contains avocado, tomato, onion, lemon and a few others things, I forget what. It's all organic and raw though, of course. And half a grapefruit.
Brunch: Coconut juice and a few raw gingersnaps (no added sugar; dates used for sweetening.)
Lunch: More guacamole and lettuce.
Dinner: A large salad.
