Raw Apple Cidar

Breakfast: Raw granola topped with fresh strawberries.

Brunch: Raspberry raw seed/nut bar, a glass of raw apple cider and some leftover 'pie' from the potluck yesterday.

Lunch: Half a grapefruit.

Dinner: Half a grapefruit and a bite of tomato covered in spices and seeds with a little onion.
