Slices of Asian Pear

Breakfast: Quarter of a grapefruit, a few swallows of coconut juice, a bit of fig, a bit of almond, three raw ginger snaps and six tomato-seed-chips dipped in guacamole.

(Attended an awesome yoga class.)

Brunch (consisting of samples at the farmer's market): Five or six slices of various apples, two slices of Asian pear, two strawberries, one blackberry, one raspberry, a few handfuls of pomegranate-thingys, a bite of avocado, a slice of some strange grape-fruit-like melon, one slice of a plum, a few basil flowers, and two gulps of pomegranate juice.

Lunch: An extravagant delicious ensemble;

Lettuce wraps made up of one leaf of lettuce with two leaves of spinach, a heafty glob of non-traditional guacamole, a spinkling of pomegranate and blackberries and slices of purple carrot.

The "guacamole" was made up of what was leftover from last night with more onion, tomatillos, and garlic added as well as fresh green peppers, a little chard, a carrot and it's green top, two spoonfuls of flax, one spoonful of chia seeds, and much fresh basil.

Snack: An organic spirulina raw energy bar. (Sweetened with a small amount of dates, and much banana.) A whole raw purple carrot and a slice of an orange.

Dinner: A diverse salad.
